Best hotels and restaurants in Bali. Four Seasons Jimbaran, Four Seasons Sayan Ubud and Ayana Resort in Jimbaran are very good hotels. Kamandalu Ubud, next to an endless forest, is a dream resort. Nusa XDua is the part of the island surrounded by luxury hotels.
The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort&Spa, where we stayed this time, offered elegance and comfort together. St. Regis Resort and The Westin Resort are also among my favorites in this region. I can also recommend the W Hotel in the Seminyak area, where you can find nice shops, and the Alila Villas in Uluwatu. Bali’s philosophy of life: Smiling is the best make-up Mama San Bali.
The last time I went to Bali, I discovered amazing restaurants. I really liked the AKAR we went to in Ubud and I was proud when I learned that the owners were Turkish. Mama San Bali and Nusantara, which we went to with the recommendation of our Hürriyet Ekler writer, chef Somer Sivrioğlu, were the restaurants that made us happy with their authentic menus. Seasalt and Ku De Ta in Seminyak are excellent lounge-restaurants by the sea. I can also recommend Potato Head Beach Club and Menega Cafe Beach in Jimbaran, which stole my heart with its seafood.
